Ladies and Gentlemen, I have graduated from Le Cordon Bleu’s Patisserie and Baking program!

It’s been a long road, and a very rough road. But thanks to many people and their support it was made possible. I managed to graduated with honors and exemplary attendance! My whole family went to my graduation and made it even better. I felt so awesome walking up to get announced!

While I stood next to the chef instructors waiting to get called my first instructor, for sanitation and foundations, Chef Boyd started talking to me. Asked where I was working, and marveled at the fact that I worked at Bottega Louie. Saying that they’re constantly ‘cranking’ it. That they’re always busy and that he and his wife have tried to eat there twice but haven’t been able to get in because its so busy. He was really impressed that I was doing well in such a fast paced environment and he congratulated me on graduating and working at a good business. It was awesome.

Pictured with me graduating is my friend Beverly, my crazy idea buddy and then yesterday she was my exit buddy. Lol we were the pair who did the awesome truffles and the apple pie ice cream! She made my days at LCB even better!

My girlfriend just graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. I’m so damn proud of her. Just wanted to share that with you guys.

ok so I fucking loved this episode even though it was filler because it made it obvious how horribly awkward and dumb Azula is when it comes to people skills.  Villains are so often suave motherfuckers who everyone wants to bang but Azula is just awful at human interaction and it’s my favorite
